In Shop: flat rate

  • Diagnostic Only: $45
    Diagnose Problem, create written estimate
  • Diagnostic Plus: $90
    Diagnose Problem, Spyware and Virus Removal, Antivirus Checkup
  • Advance Diagnostic: $120
    Backup & Restore Data, Reload OS, Load Drivers, Antivirus Checkup
  • Expedite Service: $65 per hour
    Backup Data, Reload OS, Load Drivers, Antivirus Checkup, Restore Data, Computer and Hardware Repair (Labor Only)
  • Pickup⁄Delivery Fee: $25 each way
    For Customers who need someone to pick up their units
  • On Site: per hour
  • On Site Standard: $80 Per Hour

Each service call will be charged at a minimum of 1 and 1⁄2 hours for each trip, then billed on the half hour thereafter, plus travel time and mileage.

In Shop⁄Onsite: Prepaid Hours

  • Annual Service level agreement at reduced hourly rates.

Additional Services available at competitive hourly rates.

We specialize in Win2K, WinXP, Vista, 2003 Server, Microsoft OS and other Microsoft Applications.

Windows 95⁄98.ME: if you are running any one of these operating systems and there is not a specific program you need, it’s time to replace the computer. Not just the operating system (it would not be cost effective to upgrade). The average PC, even if they are working, is out of date within 3 to 4 years. All of these O⁄S’ are 7 to 10 years old. They are no longer supported by Microsoft nor most other companies (no more patches, Anti-Virus, etc.). It costs more to repair one of these than the complete PC is worth. Dell is selling new PCs for approximately $500.00

ComSouth Computer Services and The Glitch Guys reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to Software Piracy. (If you have a version of Windows that is not “Genuine” it will not be worked on, it will be returned and all future service will be refused)
